Optimized PCD milling geometry for composite materials
The complete range of Jabro PCD cutters have a special PCD Blade design that improves the thermal wear resistance. This design allows a higher feed rate because of its resistance to cutting force effects. By offering 3 versions of shear angle the direction to guide the cutting forces can be chosen.

PERFORMANCE INCREASE

Internal through coolant channels
All standard PCD milling tools are equipped with two through coolant channels. By applying through coolant emulsion the cutting temperature can be reduced. A lowered process temperature reduces the risk of melting resin and allows an increase in cutting speed in comparison to PCD tools without through coolant channels.

SECURE PROCESS

Sharp cutting
A consistent sharp cutting edge throughout its tool-life allows a PCD milling tool to perform consistently and securely. This means that the workpiece will have equal surface finish showing no or minimum delamination.
