Returns
Returned standard product will be replaced, unused in its original packaging with 80% of the net value, (does not apply to incorrect delivery, then 100% of the net value will be credited).
The return shipment must contain a copy of the delivery note.
We do not accept returns of special products, broken boxes or products from orders over 1 year back.
1. Email to kundservice.se@secotools.com:
- Mark the e-mail with "Return"
- In order for us to be able to handle your return, the following return form must be filled in, see attached.
Download the return form
2. We will then send you a return slip by email. Send the return to the address on the return form.
