Seco Nanojet Solid Carbide Reamers add an innovative through-coolant outlet to the production-tested performance of the Seco Nanofix product line. This new design delivers powerful, precise coolant for optimal chip evacuation, tool life and part quality in many industries, including general engineering, automotive and aerospace. For secure, reliable performance that helps shops eliminate costly scrap, Seco inspects every Nanojet Solid Carbide Reamer and makes quality control reports available to customers. These versatile tools are available in eight grades and more than 10 geometries, as well as custom sizes and tolerances. They hold tolerances from 0.0005"-0.0007" (10 µm-15µm) and produce surface finishes from Ra 0.2-1.2.
